1990年渡米。

The Art Institute of Coloradoを卒業後、

1997年American Photographie Annual(アメリカ写真年鑑)

フリーのアシスタントとしてNorbert SchoernerやStefan Ruizの撮影を経験。1999年独立。2005年に渡英し、広告を中心に活動。

現在は東京を拠点に国内外で活動中。

Satoshi Minakawa
Moved to the United States in 1990.
After graduating from The Art Institute of Colorado, his work was selected for the American Photographie Annual in 1997.
As a freelance assistant, he gained experience working with photographers such as Norbert Schoerner and Stefan Ruiz.
Became independent in 1999, and moved to the U.K. in 2005 to focus mainly on advertising. He is currently based in Tokyo and works both in Japan and internationally.
